There are a variety of ways of engaging people in significant conversations whether it is Listening Circles, Open Space, World Café, Action Café – the core ingredient that makes the conversation significant is to create a space that is safe and conducive to authentic connection with self and within the group so that the wisdom and creativity within can emerge.  Significant Conversations involve: 1) trusting that we have the wisdom amongst us and that to discover it we need to hear the input of everyone; 2) ensuring that safe space and time is created to connect to our authentic self so that we can tap into our wisdom and creativity for future possibilities to emerge; 3) committing to implementing one or a few ideas and then coming back to evaluate them before choosing next steps.
